Processing Times

At TillyPad Studios, every piece is handmade with care in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Please note that custom or made-to-order designs may require additional time; any extended processing times will be mentioned in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and chosen delivery method.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
• Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and cannot be guaranteed once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. However, TillyPad Studios cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or packages lost in transit. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number, and feel free to reach out to us—we’re always happy to help where we can.
