Handmade with Care
Every piece from TillyPad Studios is thoughtfully handmade in small batches using real botanicals, shells, and other natural materials. Because of this, each item is unique—slight variations are part of their natural beauty and are not considered defects.
Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Looking for a different item? We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending your item back so we can reserve your replacement piece.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their handmade or personalized nature. These include:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items
- Digital downloads
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with either a replacement or a refund.
