When will my order ship?

All items are handmade in small batches. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order designs may take a little longer — details are always listed in the product description.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We also offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $50.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re in the Denver, CO area, you can select Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you with pickup details once your order is ready.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not custom-made. See our [Returns & Exchanges Policy] for details.

Do you take custom orders?

We occasionally accept custom requests, especially for floral keepsakes or special events. Reach out via our [Contact Page] with your idea, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

How long will my jewelry last?

Our jewelry is crafted with either alloy metals (affordable everyday wear) or 18k gold plated/sterling silver (premium options). With proper care, your pieces will last for years. To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid water exposure and store in a dry place.
